Recently active topics in PBwiki tagged with updates

I just found out from a posting on the Summer Camp Wiki that a tab has been added when you specify an external URL so that you can also indicate a target (eg. new window).

Is there a place where we can learn about new features like this? I was following a thread about it but never received notification, because nobody had posted about the new tab.

Could we have an 'updates' page somewhere?
