Add page to multiple folders
I would like to add a page to multiple folders. This is useful, for example, when keeping track of vendors and products; the Vendor folder would contain all the products for that vendor, while the Product Category folder would contain all the products (from different vendors) that belong to that category.
Any chance of doing this?

Inappropriate? You can't do it at this time. However, your situation sounds like a perfect use for tags. (In fact, folders are really nothing but a limited version of tags anyway). Are you familiar with tags?

Inappropriate?Guy's right. It sounds like tags would be much more useful to you in this case. On the right hand side of every wiki page in 2.0, there should be a little thing allowing you to add a tag. Once you add the tag, you can click that tag to see every other page tagged with the same thing.

Inappropriate? Thanks all. The drawback with tags is of course that if you do not know which tags exist, you can easily add the wrong one. For example, in the media world (which is where we work) there are systems that manage the sales of TV advertising time. We call this Airtime Sales, although Air Time Sales or ATS is in common use as well... Therefore the idea of a more structured approach. Would tag clouds perhaps help?

On the edit screen, next to the tags field, there is a link that says "Show All Tags". -
Inappropriate? It's totally fair feedback that we should show users the tags that have already been defined in the wiki. (I've bugged this internally as #841.)
(GF - as an FYI, folders are not "just a limited version of tags", as they can be used to commonly permission access to a set of pages; tags cannot be used to set permissions.) -
That's why I was very careful not to be specific; I never said *your* folders were limited tags. But thanks for the info, as your clarifications here provide the only resource for detailed product/feature information until such time as documentation or FAQs are made available.
