Am I really that popular in California?

My site keeps showing lots of visitors from California but the count doesn't seem to be going up. Are these real hits? I am in Iowa and my site really isn't advertised much, so I was wondering if somehow I am showing false hits or something? Otherwise a serious amount of Californians are enjoying my jh English website. Just curious...

I have not submitted a trouble ticket, so that is not it. Could be someone at pbwiki. Maybe my site is either really good or really bad. Or, like tigger said, maybe I am just popular in California.
