Automated Page Generation Utility
on elothtes, I've created a tool for us to keep track of broken links and info harvested from the wiki.
http://elothtes.pbwiki.com/Mindless-Otto
The tool can be used with any wiki, in case there is any interest.
I've also got a tool that will generate a wiki from a backup zip, but I'm giving the folks at pbwiki time to see if there are any server performance concerns with this script before I distribute it.
Source in C# is available for this as well for anybody who is interested...

Inappropriate?Hi Tim,
That's pretty cool. I'm sure there will be some interest in this.
Thanks for sharing your work!
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I am loving the idea of generating a wiki from the backup zip. I would be interested in that. Tim can you let me know on this thread when it comes 'online'.
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Seanmac, you can get the tool here: http://copytest.pbwiki.com/f/CopyWiki...
but after I wrote it, pbwiki put in place spam filters that will stop you from really being able to get much use out of it...
feel free to give it a shot... I put a 500 millisecond delay between each page post which should hopefully stop your IP from getting temporarily blacklisted by the pbwiki servers, but I haven't really tested it out too much...
it's really only a tool for people comfortable with the command line.. running the executable will print out the usage for it.. should be pretty straightforward... run with -doit in order to actually post anything to your site.
