I use Firefox 2.0.0.12 on a Windows XP Pro workstation. When I try to access a link in an email from Kathleen Ferenz, clicking it does spawn a browser tab. The browser tab automatically redirects to https://sanmateodtc.pbwiki.com/CTAP%2...

Up until the last time I tried to connect, the browser displayed an "Unable to Display" page. Now, (maybe because I'm logged in to write this post) it displays a login window.
So my question is, if users who do not have a login can't even display the login screen, how are they supposed to figure out how to view a wiki they've been invited to?
I had to fool around with my URL and discovered that I could get the main page of PBWiki to display by typing "pbwiki.com" only for the URL.

Hi there,

I can't say why you had problems with Kathleen's link to the CTAP wiki. If you could give us the URL that she used, I might be able to figure it out. However, that could be considered private data and you should probably go directly to support to get an answer on that.

The last bit of info you are trying to tell us about an "Unable to Display" error you are getting. That isn't normal. Can you report this directly to support and tell them the URL (web address) that you see this message at?
