I would like my address to be a little clearer for people who use it--I would like it to include my name--is there a way I can change my address to do this?

At this time, there is no way to change the name of a wiki, and the only way to move a wiki is manually (one page at a time). However, you can make another wiki with the address you want, as long as it's not taken by someone else.
Another solution available for premium wikis that have "custom domain mapping" is to get a domain name and hook it up to your wiki. A demonstration is available here: http://domaindemo.pbwiki.com/
