Default setting on edit notifications.

Can I please change the default to NOT notify new members of updates???

I want to give my members the freedom to participate but I don't want to spam them!!! I have had to send many apologies to people that I really didn't want to send unsolicited emails to.

  If you click "Settings," then click on "Notifications" (under "Monitor"), there should be a little checkbox to disable notifications by default.
