Embedding Forms?
We would like to embed the html for a form within a pbwiki page. I have taken the code and embedded it but it does not seem to work. Do you know if this is possible?
Thanks!

Inappropriate? You can definitely do this. To embed the source code for the form, use the point-and-click editor and click the "Source" button. It should be on the right hand side of the second row of buttons, right next to the "Attach file" button.
This will bring up the actual HTML of the PBwiki page. You can paste in the HTML for the form, then click "Save."
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Do you mean that the page displays the form, but when you fill it out, it doesn't do anything? PBwiki doesn't directly support collecting form data, but it is possible to use other services like Wufoo (http://wufoo.com/) to build your form, embed it in your wiki and collect the data.
