Inappropriate?Hi!
We don't currently feature Excel spreadsheet imports, but if your spreadsheet simply records info, then you can just create an HTML table in a wiki page and that would work as well.
Alternately, if you don't need to record who made an edit, we do have a built-in spreadsheet that works in your browser as a plugin. Click "Insert Plugin" --> "Productivity"
Hope that helps! -
Inappropriate? You can also use Google Doc's Spreadsheet-- import an existing Excel file or create a spreadsheet in GDS-- you can then tap the SHARE tab and get a chunk of code to pop into your wiki. It works pretty nicely and you can adjust the dimensions unlike the pbwiki spreadsheet.

Inappropriate?"You can also use Google Doc's Spreadsheet"
Agreed. Google Docs works very well for collaborative document sharing and editing. In fact, I'm not sure why you'd need PBwiki...

Inappropriate? To create a nicely designed wrapper for your spreadsheet, of course!
Perhaps you're creating a website where you want to display the content of the spreadsheet, but only want folks with privileges to actually collaborate on data-entry. GDS + PBWIKI = happy -
GDS security is provided solely by Google. Google neither knows nor cares about your permissions at PBwiki. Your GDS will be viewable and editable by whomever you have invited via Google. PBwiki does make a cute wrapper, though. :)
