how can admin change other user's notification preferences
pbwiki 2.0: as an admin, how do i change another (or several) writer's notifications to, say, once every 24 hours

Inappropriate?Hey there- your users will need to do this themselves. They can log into their PBwiki Account (at my.pbwiki.com) and set their preference to anywhere from never to right away.
If they don't have PBwiki Accounts, the notification emails have a link at the bottom that will allow them to change their notification preferences.

You can't. Only a user can enable their own notifications.
