How can wiki workers easily navigate to all (new/existing) wiki pages?
How do we add navigation/links for every page we add to the wiki--in addition to formally having to create links in the SideBar?

Inappropriate?You can direct your users to the "View All Pages" link in the upper right-hand corner - this contains a list of every page on your wiki.
If you're using different security settings on your pages (page- or folder-level security, hidden pages, etc), users will only see the pages they have access to.
