Go to MyPBwiki to create your account.
If you created a wiki after January 24th, 2008, you already have an account, because the wiki creation process now asks you to create one.

Inappropriate? This is super confusing for new users. I was totally confused and I was trying to practice for my presentation (tomorrow)
So, first I'm asked to enter my email to make an account when actually it is a verification. Then the second two boxes ask for a password. I could not understand what this was supposed to be used for. Is this password for my new account or is it my email? or one for my new wiki? Well, I could not figure this out
by reading what was on the screen.
I think there needs to be an online help page that shows new users - folks like me - what is meant by these boxes.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi there,
My experience was a little different. When I clicked over that "okay" button, the doorbell rang. Hummm, there it goes again - oh...oh, i see, someone is at the door !
I’m kidding

Inappropriate? So, this sucks and is way to hard - where is my "Wiki Password
/ Invite Key" and why can't i log in - way too many steps for us morons who actually don't enjoy the sign up process and simply want to use a wiki and get on with other things
I’m Plone is easier than this!

Inappropriate? It really is rather confusing. Not that we just can't get it. But it makes the process convoluted, which might decrease participation. And satisfaction.
Even more surprising but less damaging, the PBwiki account doesn't work here in this forum.
Has there been any thought on using OpenID for authentication?
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?Well, I get it now, and I survived the presentation. (Thanks Ramit)
I would love it if there was a little help link right next to the new sign in that directly answers our questions related to the new sign in process - something like - "What is this?" or "Learn More" and NOT have to sort through the Get Satisfaction site. I got lost in that site and had to use slings and arrows to find my way back.
Having a little pop up box or roll over or something to explain the new sign in process. The beauty of pbwiki is the ease of use (and reliability too)
The web is undergoing so many changes, and whole idea of user, password, login, "your account" is interpreted differently all over the Internet.
I’m thankful
