How do I turn Notifications back "ON" for everyone on my wiki?
Under the "Notifications" option in Settings, I had turned off Notifications ("Stop Notifications") for everyone on the team because I was worried that I'd be filling up everyone's inboxes with every change I make. I thought I would be able to turn it back on when I create a page that I want everyone to know of, but I can't seem to figure out how to. I would like to reset this notification function to "ON" for everyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Inappropriate?You can't.
See, you're not really "disabling notifications", despite what the Notifications page says. You're deleting them from the list of people who get notified. The problem here is that the text they chose ("disable notifications") implies that they can be re-enabled, when, in fact, they can't.
Each person has to log in and turn their own notifications back on; to allow you to turn them on for other people would allow spammers to abuse the system.

It might be a useful feature to allow admins to temporarily suspend notifications to all users, especially when dealing with a large number of users. -
Inappropriate?Thanks Guy for all your help, I just sent out emails to everyone telling them to turn their notifications back on.
I agree that it would be an useful feature for admins to temporarily suspend notifications. Otherwise, it's not hard to see how easily one's inbox can fill up with notications for every change/comment.

Inappropriate?I have a similar issue with the Forum Demo Wikis. Sometimes, a user will go on vacation, and turn on a vacation autoresponder. I am forced to completely remove them from the notifications list, rather than temporarily disabling their receipt of notifications for the duration of their vacation.
I’m used to working around the quirks here...

Inappropriate?One other workaround I found was if the user has a PBwiki Account (or creates one in a 1.0 wiki), they can UNcheck the Enable Notifications box in my.pbwiki.com, and then REcheck the box, and notifications will be back on.
