I can't access my Wiki though I can log into MyPBWiki
I created a new wiki and used it for a few days getting it set up. My hard drive crashed and I lost about a week's worth of email as well as browser cookies, etc.
When I try and access the wiki (ActLocally), it says I'm not authorized to access it. Even though the email address used to create it is the same one I'm logging in with. I've sent a message to Customer Service but haven't heard back. I have class in the morning (US Eastern) and really need to get access to this before then.

Sorry about the inconvenience. When you try to log in, can you reset your password?
I have a feeling I know what's wrong. On the login page, there are actually two login forms -- one on the left and one on the right. (We know how confusing this is and are working to improve it.)
Whichever choice you made to reset your password, try the other one. So if you tried the form on the left, try accessing your wiki using the form on the right of the login page. And if you can't get in, try resetting your password.
I'm almost certain you'll get a new password in your email this way.
And yes -- we definitely know how confusing this is and are working to fix it.
