I can't start a new wiki with my existing account. it keeps saying "there is an error" with no explanation of what or how to fix it???

I will do as you have asked, screenshot-wise, but I wanted to let anyone else who might be following this know publicly that I DID in fact get success eventually, and what made the difference from my non-techie perspective and observations.

Earlier from my employer's network computer, I decided to try to sign up for a new wiki. It WORKED there. Now, I use Mozilla Firefox at home; Internet Explorer at work. (but I've ALWAYS used Mozilla from home whenever I've enrolled in my other wiki's from the past???)

Anyway, when I tried just for kicks tonight to repeat the process of trying to get a wiki from my home computer to see if anything had been resolved, maybe on your end and it might work here too, I got the same message, and no additional wiki. So, I think it's probably still worth looking into from your company's end, but as I said before, individually I've got the wiki I was after and individually I'm satisfied.. I'll email you offlist with the screen shots. Thanks!!! - karla
