I want to mess around with the text and link formatting. Where do I go for some help?
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Awesome! Check out the WikiStyle (http://yummy.pbwiki.com.wikistyle) and Advanced WikiStyle (http://pbwikicentral.pbwiki.com/Advan...) pages - go wild!

Inappropriate? To change text and link formatting in the Point & Click editor, you'll probably have to use the HTML plugin to insert your specially formatted HTML into the wiki.
Inline CSS styles work best for changing the look of text and links.
Here's a good place to start learning about CSS inline formatting.

I’m hoping this helps.

Inappropriate? With all the links you have at the bottom of your pages, and your huge support page with mostly wasted space, why are you making users hunt around for formatting and editing text, when you actually have at least one page for it, as I only learned by finding Casey's post above. However, her first link doesn't work, and the second is advanced stuff, where the need is for wiki fundementals. And Clif mentions "plugins" which are nowhere to b e found on the GUI or anywhere else, that I can find.
Your "help" link points to the completely unhelpful support topics page (but does get the user here to GetSat). Most new (and some veteran) wiki users need formatting help rather often, and making it less than intuitive to display with a click is just not working for them--or your marketing effort.
I fully understand the constraints of starting a new venture, but finding the Help page f is rather a basic requirement of any user interfeace. I think you have a fine product start here, and I'm sure 2.0 will have many improvements, but a simple help page and link isn't a big fix for the current version. New release dates tend to slip. You have customers now :)

Inappropriate?Ok, I just found the "Insert plugins" on the toolbar. Virtually nowhere do you direct new users to that feature, and we become so accustomed to toolbars, that we tune them out when exploring new services. It would really help if your had an FAQ on the settings page that displayed a "commonly used features" section for stuff like this.
Update
I just noticed my "Welcome" email, that arrived late, and amid a bunch of Changebot notices. It indeed directed me to plugins, but again, having such things in the interface is much more intuitive to power users who will ALWAYS skip the intro emails (and novices will simply not understand the significance at that early stage).
