how can i import content from a mediawiki into pbwiki? is this a paid feature?

Sorry, we don't have any native tools for importing other wiki content into PBwiki.
For programmers, you could use our aAPI to copy the pages, although you would also have to convert mediawiki's syntax into our own syntax in a 1.0 wiki and into HTML for a 2.0 wiki.
It's an interesting idea though, so I'll pass it on to the right people as a feature request.
