It says I have the wrong email address when I click on Lost Password!
I got an error message that says this:

If you are a long-time PBwiki user, you might not actually have a PBwiki Account. If you try to log in to the PBwiki Account system with your email address and the invite key (formerly known as the password) for your wiki, you probably will not succeed.
Instead, you should go ahead and create a PBwiki Account. You can do this in minutes. Just go to my.pbwiki.com and sign up for a PBwiki Account using your email address. You will get an email to the address you use to confirm it's a valid address. Click the link in the email to validate the email address. Congratulations, your PBwiki Account is now active!
Now you will need to tie your wiki to your PBwiki Account. Go to your wiki and enter your invite key. This should give you access to the wiki and tie it to your PBwiki Account. In the future, you'll be able to access your wiki from my.pbwiki.com in addition to going to your wiki directly.
Remember, your PBwiki Account does not necessarily have the same password as the invite key for your wiki. In fact, for security purposes, you should not use identical passwords for Wiki Login and PBwiki Account Login. Anyone who knew the Wiki Login invite/password and your email address would be able to log into your PBwiki Account. If you are concerned about having to remember multiple passwords, recall that you can tie your wikis to your PBwiki Account. Thus, all you will have to do is remember how to log into your PBwiki Account, and you'll be able to access all your wikis from your my.pbwiki.com page.

- Double check that you didn't make a typing error when you entered the email address.
- Double check that you didn't enter any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the email address.
- Make sure the email you entered is the one you signed up with when you created the wiki.
If you get this message after a second or third try, email support@pbwiki.com. Include the name of your wiki and let us know the error message you are seeing. -

Inappropriate?Thanks Cliff, but you missed an entire piece of the puzzle, which is the login required to access this "Satisfaction" support site. Even though PBWiki has moved its support site to this one, you shouldn't think that you have in doing so removed PBWiki from the problems of people logging into that site. I have personally spent way more time dealing with login issues to this "Satisfaction" site than to PBWiki itself (although that is also quite a challenge - way too many passwords required). After spending time getting error messages (I just love the message "Emails is invalid" - obviously someone at Satisfaction doesn't speak English very well) I created a new account in the system, just so I could reply to you. Sorry to be so negative but this has been a very "unsatisfying" experience for me.
Bottom line - I think you need to provide an additional section in your FAQ about login help with this support site.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry for all the confusion you've experienced - we're in the process of revamping our support processes (including Satisfaction) and we're working hard to remove old information such as the items you pointed out.

Inappropriate?We've changed a lot of things in the past 2 months - one of our priorities is trying to update our many, many FAQ pages, and it's taking a while. I am sorry that you're having trouble logging into Satisfaction; even I get confused between all the logins and passwords, and that's just for work, I have all my own personal ones to remember too, as I'm sure you do as well.
We're working with the Satisfaction people as well on things, you'll even see them pop into conversations here once in a while. I'll pass on your concerns and UnSatisfaction to them and the people here, and work on getting things straightened out for you.
Things are going to continue changing for a while, especially with Version 2.0 coming out very soon. I know you're frustrated, but bear with us a little more. You can always "bug" us at Support, but all of us at PBwiki; Support people, the engineers, marketing, even David, the CEO, Founder and Chief Sandwich Maker, we *all* try and respond as much as possible in this forum.
Thanks for your feedback, too. If we don't know there's problems, we can't fix anything :)
