Let I am chatting with someone in Gtalk or yahoo messenger,
How can I find the persons IP address ,
I need to know only his/her IP address, because next locating the geaographycal location is simple.

In the olden days, we used to use IRC (internet relay chat) to chat with folks. It was easy to get IP addys for folks when you chatted with them.
Now days, it's not possible in many cases. The chat services hide the IP addresses behind their servers. This does allow you to chat in confidence that nobody (except the chat service) can see where you are located.
