Non-profit Donor Surveys
Hey i'm volunteer for a non-profit (http://www.californiarcandd.org/north...) and we want to learn more about our donor members . How can we use our wiki to host easy multiple-choice or fill-in-the-blank survey questions? We intend for people's answers to be open to all.

You can use Zoho Polls (http://polls.zoho.com/) for a quick survey.
The best way to insert a survey is:
1) Click insert Plugin
2) Chose 'PBwiki Magic' ---> 'html'
3) Paste the Zoho Polls html in the box and click preview
4) Click OK

Inappropriate?PBwiki does not have a built-in survey facility. However, they used Survey Monkey in their blog, and their email support system uses Pollzter for followup.
