Notifications
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate? There are a few ways to change notification settings, and some the admin can do, some the user has to do. I've tried to write them up as concisely as possible, so if there's a better way I could explain things, let me know.
Notifications are controlled in several different places.
In My.PBwiki.com
Log into your account at my.pbwiki.com. There you will see a list of the wikis you have access to. There will be a check-box under the column "Enable Notifications" that will determine whether you receive notifications for changes in this wiki.
Scroll down a bit, and under Preferences, there will be a drop-down box that will allow you to set how often you want to be notified of changes in general, for wikis you have enabled notifications for. Click the Submit button to save any changes.
At YOURWIKI.pbwiki.com
Go to your wiki and click on Settings in the upper right hand corner. Scroll to Notifications, under Monitor. The first box, if checked, will send notifications to the users when they themselves make an edit. The second box will disable notifications when new people log into the wiki, but isn't used much in 2.0.
If you or other users of your wiki have enabled notifications in their PBwiki Account, they will show up on this page, and there will be an option available to the administrator to stop them from receiving notifications.
In Notification Emails
At the bottom of each notification email, there are two links. One is to change your notification preferences, which redirects to my.pbwiki.com. The second is to turn off emails completely, which changes the drop-down box under Preferences in my.pbwiki.com to "Never." You are then redirected to my.pbwiki.com to re-calibrate your notification preferences. -
Just a clarification on Casey Green's explanation re: "The first box, if checked, will send notifications to the users when they themselves make an edit. " Is this only or as well as. i.e. if I check this box and I make the edit will I be the only person to receive the edits or does it mean the editor receives notifications along with everyone else? -
Inappropriate? If I - as an administrator - disable notifications for a user (in Monitor > Notifications > Stop Notifications), how can I then reenable notifications for this user?
-
Inappropriate? If the "Send notifications to the user making the edit" box is checked, all users will receive notification of the edit.
If the "Send notifications to the user making the edit" box is NOT checked, everyone BUT the user who made the edit will receive a notification of that edit.
