Partitioning a wiki for student groups to work but only see their own group's work?
Is it possible to partition my current (silver) educator's wiki so that student's can work on group projects, but can't see other group's work? I'd like to have all students work on the same project and want to break the class into groups. Each group would be responsible for building a knowledgebase for the topic. It would be great to be able to create separate home pages for each group so they can work within my wiki (which has resources, such as glossary, etc). Each group would be graded on their particular group work, but at the end of the class, I'd like to give the whole class a chance to bring their individual work together into one knowledgebase. The only solution I can come up with is to create a separate wiki for each group and not be able to bring them together (and copy and paste from my wiki).

Inappropriate?Hi Kevin,
If you're working on a PBwiki 2.0 this is possible.
To do this you would create group folders and set custom folder security settings, inviting just the students in your group to edit/view the pages in this folder.
You can create as many folders as you want and at the end of the class, change the folder settings so that the entire class can see the group work.
We covered this in our cybersafety webinar located here: http://educators.pbwiki.com/newstuff
There is some information on folder and page level security settings here: http://tinyurl.com/5mk7z8
