While I am a great supporter of the WIKI I am about to get on an internbatinal flight and would love to have a paper copy to read. Is there a PDF of the entire thing?

This site is great.. it's got much of the information that I'm expecting to see when I click the "help" link from my wiki... Any thoughts on linking it directly from there?

I think that would help new users because it seems hard to ensure that people will run across this thread while searching getsatisfaction for answers to their particular topics..
