PBwiki Ate Our Content!
The wiki keeps deleting our content. We type it in, hit save, and bam -- it's gone, and we have to start over.
Is there a trick to avoiding this? (Aside from, of course, working in a different program and then cutting and pasting into the wiki, which is really pretty lame.)

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.

Inappropriate? You'd better contact support about this (by clicking the 'Help' link in the upper right-hand corner of your wiki). Most people are not affected by this problem, so I'm guessing it depends on a very specific set of circumstances. I'm sure they'd love to work with you and get to the bottom of the problem, since the few folks who are affected are frustrated.
If they do figure it out, would you mind updating this post with the solution, so others can benefit from the solution? Thanks. -
Inappropriate?Eep - that is a terrible experience! We'd like to fix this right away. Can you tell us a little more about your setup, such as your wiki's name, your web browser (Internet Explorer 7? Firefox 2? Safari? Opera? Camino? Konqueror? Lynx?), operating system (Windows XP? Vista? OS/X? Linux? Cell phone?), what kind of content you're adding (pasting? typing plain text? tables? custom HTML? widgets?) and whether this is a once-in-a-while issue or happens every time.

Inappropriate?Casey worked on this issue for us. When you hit edit again, the material might reappear as it did for us, Casey said it had to do with "funky" HTML tagging on the document we were working on.
