PBWiki is having a server hiccup. Is it temporary? Or a bug?
Why is pbwiki not working? I guess it's just a temporary restart of the servers, but just wanted to check. It's simply saying that there was a server error.

Inappropriate?that happens occasionally... it usually clears up if I wait 30 seconds and then try again... I think it's typically when the backend couldn't provide an answer to your query fast enough.
On a wiki with a few thousand pages this happens pretty frequently, and on smaller wikis, less frequently. -

Inappropriate?This is called a "500 Error" in geekspeak and it means when our servers got a little too busy to give you an answer fast enough. We monitor these pretty religiously - you apparently got caught by a five minute window during which we got particularly badly hammered by a misbehaving bot.
We have been diligently working to reduce the number of these that are served to users and to make us more robust against such naughty bots. We're very sorry for any hiccups like this you might encounter as we work through improving our systems to smoothly handle high loads.

Rachel, I can't find the e-mail link. Can you tell me where to look? By the way, it's Kristine's summer camp wiki that I'm having trouble with, off and on all day. I also get frequent messages when I edit a page and click Save about my the server possibly crashing while editing and do I want to continue editing or abort. I've had the occasional hiccup but never like today.
