OpenID support is now part of my.pbwiki.com! Our support for OpenID may still be a little rough around the edges.
You'll need to log into your my.pbwiki.com account and associate your OpenID with that account before you can start using OpenID.
Be sure to let me know if you find any problems.

Inappropriate? This was due by the end of last year. I am sorry. Joel Franusic is working on this full-time and will post updates here on his progress.

Inappropriate?Chris, I made some progress on this last night! I have Open ID logins working in my development environment. I've got lots of bug fixing and some refactoring left, I'll keep you posted!
I’m excited

Inappropriate?More progress. Our implementation now stores data in memory instead of on disk. I keep getting closer!

Inappropriate?p.s. my aim at this point is to integrate pbwiki with Moodle so that users don't have to login separately to both... I see that Moodle now has an OpenID plugin, http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d... so hopefully we're on our way.

Inappropriate?Good news everyone! OpenID support is coming to PBwiki very soon. I've finished my coding, all that is left is some internal testing before we turn it on for everybody.

Inappropriate? It works! (In case it's not obvious, you log into my.pbwiki.com, click on the "Profile" tab, and scroll all the way to the bottom).
Congratulations, Joel!

Inappropriate?Awesome!!! Ok, a couple things...
1. once I add an OpenID, I should be able to "delete it"... i.e. unassociate it from my account, not just edit the text field.
2. the verification notice was hidden away after returning from verification (as opposed to being at the top of the page... perhaps upon verification you could jump down to the OpenID field?)
3. I should be able to associate multiple OpenIDs with my account (see how Ma.gnolia or IconBuffet handle this).
4. The OpenID icon on the email loginform is kind of hidden off to the site... it would also be more accessible if you had a text link "Sign in with your OpenID" or something.
Otherwise, awesome to see this live! Yay!

Inappropriate?Chris, this is our first shot at OpenID support, we opted to get basic functionality out there really quickly rather than deliver a full featured solution slowly.
1: You can unassociate your OpenID, just delete it from the text field and click the "Save" button. I know that this is a terrible user interface, we plan on making this better.
2: We do give a successful verification notice, just at the bottom of the page. Great feedback, thanks!
3: Planned.
4: This is on purpose, we wanted to let people use and give us feedback on OpenID before we give it more exposure.
Thanks for the great feedback!
