Selective Notifications Desired
I would like to see more "selective notification" - rather than site-wide. The simple ability to "subscribe" to a page, or folder, or random set of pages would be much better. Perhaps a little icon under "Add Tags" that says "Receive notifications of changes to this page" or "subscribe to this page"...

Inappropriate?Clark - this is a great suggestion. You can use the "Tell us what you think about PBwiki 2.0" link on your wiki to submit this as a feature request - but I will also submit this to our engineers.

Inappropriate?I'd love to see this get bumped up on the engineering list.
We have one group using pbwiki already (50 users) with pretty much everybody using notifications. We'd like to add more groups to the wiki, but those 50 people don't want to get notified about all the other stuff they don't care about. We might actually have to choose to create multiple wikis to workaround this shortcoming. :( -
Inappropriate?Since my students each have their own pages, it would be nice to receive notifications at the page level (like on GS, where you can follow a specific discussion).
Also, t seems in the settings that it's all or nothing if you want to receive e-mail notifications. I have a number of wikis and I'd like to receive the notification of changes for just one or two. -
Inappropriate? We had a script to do this for a usemod wiki I hosted years ago. It wasn't very advanced, but it worked pretty well. Change notification was only for pages to which you subscribed. Otherwise, people would go to the recently changed pages tab to see a global view of changes.
