Some edits are incorrectly shown in history.
Why is that some changes show in history (both in "all changes" and while comparing past versions of a page) as "only formatting differences", while in fact they were full-fledged page edits, new text added and all? Only way to actually discover what the changes were is to manually compare the two versions in history .

Inappropriate?Hi foresterr,
What version of a wiki are you using? Can you give me a screen shot that shows the "only formatting changes" on the page.
I'll see if I can find out if this is something we need to fix.
I’m hoping I can help

Inappropriate?Thanks for the answer.
I'm using PBwiki 1.0 - if the problem does not exist in 2.0, then well, it's less of a problem and more of a conversion incentive. It would be great to know that ;-)
The screenshot is here: http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/25...
I drew a red box aroung the text which is considered a formatting change in the history pages (only a gray asterisk appears in All Changes next to the edit, which added this line of text, and comparing this revision to the preceding one in page history gives \"only formatting differences exist...\" message) -
Inappropriate?Hi Foresterr,
That may indeed be considered an incentive to upgrade to 2.0. We might still have a few undocumented bugs in 1.0 and we don't plan to work on those.
Our focus is on making PBwiki 2.0 the best on the web.
Thanks for the report. We still want to hear about the problems. Others may have had the same problems and have their own unique solutions.
I’m thankful
