table of contents + 2nd sidebar??

can I add a second sidebar (on the left side) with a Table Of Contents in it? Will that table of contents be unique to each page? (my site is: kookyplan.pbwiki.com). Thanks.

(im not sure if Im using PBWiki 2.0 or 1.0...sorry, (help)
