Table Of Woe
my table of contents doesn't contain all of my headings. I have a page in my wiki that has 6 headings (all in Heading format and separated by a line) but only three will show up in the table of contents for that page. what am I doing wrong??

Right off the bat I would ask if your using the 'Header 1, Header 2, Header 3' format. If you are creating headers by formating your fonts to 'large, extra large' -- the Table of Contents won't recognize those entries.
Secondly, the headers need to be in order so they all show up.
Paper Title - Header one
Section Title - Header two
Paragraph Title - Header three
