We have a few resources to help you out. First you can check out our educator portal where others have posted their wikis and tips to getting started. (you can find that at educators.pbwiki.com)
You can also attend a webinar (a live conversation with someone at PBwiki) where we talk about getting set up and using your wiki.
Finally, just yesterday we had a webinar on creating online classrooms using wikis. The archive of that webinar will be available on the educator site today.
