Unauthorized wiki page for minor
I need an unautorized wiki of my three year old daughter removed. This is a third request. Neither the child's father or myself has access to the site nor did either of us authorize its creation. Her url is http://littlesttrouble.pbwiki.com/Lit.... This is a violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Swift action is appreciated. Thank you.

We understand your frustration but want to balance this against the rights of the existing participants of PBwiki. Since it's pretty clear the content was not collected from the minor in question and as a business productivity tool PBwiki is not a site that targets itself to children, COPPA is not a factor here, but if the picture on the website is owned by you, you could perform a DMCA takedown; see section 4 of http://pbwiki.com/content/termsofservice for information on how to request the removal of copyrighted information owned by you, the result of which would be our making the website private. If you are not the owner of the picture in question, some other form of evidence that you are in fact the mother of the child in question could be privately provided to help us verify the details of the case - email me at david@pbwiki.com if this is so - and we'll look at making the wiki private or at least relaying your information to the owner of the wiki.

Inappropriate?Quick update - the owner of the wiki has gotten in touch with me and I'm working to put Saras Mom and the wiki owner in direct contact to resolve this privately.
