The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Hey tw- I'm sorry you haven't gotten an email response, what email address did you use? I'm all caught up on our support emails, so I'm sorry we missed you!
With a gold package and a 2.0 wiki you will have page-level security. Just go to "Settings" and then "Users" and give your users page-level access. You can then go to individual pages and assign those users access. -
Hi - that's not working. I can't assign users. THere may be an issue (i did email - [email address removed for privacy reasons]) because we transferred admin from Rebecca to me, and she's still assigned as the Admin. So, there's no option to Add users, Change users, etc. (I also emailed the screenshot - 2 times). Any help on these issues would be much appreciated. -
What's the best way to have a dialog with you - through comment on your answer? not sure how this works... -
Inappropriate? When you log in to your PBwiki account at http://my.pbwiki.com , is there a little green or orange dot beside the link to your wiki? If there is one, that means you should have administrator access to your wiki.
For now, you can just continue replying in this thread unless we need private information, at which point we'll definitely need to go back to email. -
Inappropriate? Not sure Comments field is the best way to have a dialog. is there a way to communicate directly, like through Instant Messenger, etc.? I'm sitting here waiting, but don't know where to look for your reply...

Inappropriate?Here's the total issue.
Someone else setup the wiki for me. Then we transferred Admin to me ([e-mail address removed for privacy reasons]). I tried to sign up for my.pbwiki.com, but it said i was already a user (even though I've never signed up, so I didn't ever make a password). So then I tried to sign in to my.pbwiki.com, it said i needed a password, and since I hadn't set it up, i didn't have one. So, I couldn't get in - it's a catch 22. I can't get into my.pbwiki.com, so I don't know where to go from here...
The person who setup the pbwiki is still listed as the only user, and I can't change any users in the settings page. (see attachment that I emailed to support@pbwiki.com 2 times)
please help. thanks

Inappropriate? At my.pbwiki.com , on the login form, you should see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Clicking that link is the same as going to the following link:
https://my.pbwiki.com/?p=forgot
Enter your address and you should get an email reset message. When did you send your second email? I will check again in the support queue.
Sorry for the trouble! -
Inappropriate?Hi - yes i did that and got in. Now I have a my.pbwiki login. But the site in question is not listed. Clif said that he transferred the admin over to me, but if he had, wouldn't I see this site listed? It's not. Also, the site is STILL listed for the person who originally set it up at her my.pbwiki login. Also, it turns out we're only 1.0, so we probably can't get page level access. Can you upgrade us to 2.0? So these are the issues:
1. Admin rights should have been transferred from [e-mail address removed for privacy reasons] to me, [e-mail address removed for privacy reasons], but they weren't (we got a confirmation - ref:00D78eKn.50075VLeS:ref
2. I sent emails with screenshots showing that Rebecca is still the only user listed on the Settings page. There is no ability to change users, add users, modify users from there.
3. Clif asked for the screenshots via email (when we got the confirmation)and said he could help us get to users, but I sent 2 response emails - to him and to support@pbwiki.com, and never got a reply
4. Need user / page level security, but it turns out we only have 1.0, and need to upgrade to 2.0 to get that.
Wouldn't it help to talk? can you call me? Is there a forum for direct dialog?

Inappropriate?Hi TW,
I'm sorry we haven't been able to help you as fast as you'd like us to. We don't promise to respond to an email any faster than 48 hours from the time you write to us. That said, our response time is far shorter in actual practice.
Your emails were received in my support queue and I will respond to them.
Please do not type your email address or the email addresses of other people into this public forum. I only ask that to protect you and others from the email spam bots that crawl across the internet looking for new email addresses to send spam to.
In the future, if you need to send us email addresses or other personal information, please use the Help link at the top of your wiki to report any problem to us.
Since your problem involves personal login information, I won't answer you here. You'll have to wait until I've responded to your emails.
I hope you understand why you have to wait on us to respond to you. I think you'll find that we respond far more quickly than most other web services. We really do want you to be happy with our service.
I’m always happy to help.
