Inappropriate? We've discussed this elsewhere, but PBwiki is really loving Satisfaction - it's lots of good things all at once - excellent transparency, measurability, and accountability for public help tickets, it's pretty and friendly, and it makes it clear to our users that we're interested in their feedback and questions, listening, and taking action. Very cool. We've used our own installation of phpBB for the last few years but the interface, posture, and features on Satisfaction are great. It's a great example of a Software-As-A-Service, where we've given up some direct control and gained tremendous value in return -- it's same pitch we make for PBwiki, that by moving your internal collaboration to our hosted service, you leave the setup, operations, and development in the hands of people who eat and breathe that service 24/7, and get on with whatever it is your company is best at. Nice job, folks!
I’m excited
