What if we *need* apostrophes in our page titles?

Ok. I know that apostrophes cannot be used in page titles (though if they are, it turns them into a silly "%27," but I wanted to start talking on possible solutions for page titles that *need* apostrophes.

I think it's fine that the urls have no apostrophes (no need!), but it is the translation to the automatic "title" of the page that is a sticky wicket. I know this doesn't sound clear, but I've made one of my wiki pages public to clarify:

It's the orange text to which I refer -- in this case, it looks sloppy if I can't use an apostrophe in the possessive sense... Is there any way we could make those titles of pages separate from the exact URL?

Also, if it's of any concern, I'm using a 2.0 wiki, and I'm platinum.
