Why do my document now want to save and no longer offer Open?
Lately, like last two months, my linked documents open a Save dialog. They used to open an Open or an Open or Save dialog. What happened? How can I change the dialog so it will let me just open?

Inappropriate?Is this happening on other web pages or just PBwiki? I don't think we changed anything about how files are pushed, so may your browser settings have changed?

Inappropriate?Thank you. It was my browser settings. I don't know why they changed. It took me awhile to get to this, but now all is well.
