Why don't dates and times show in the format selected in settings?

Why don't dates and times show in the format selected in settings? I selected an international format in Time and Date settings, but it still displays in American format on the listing of revised pages.

Inappropriate?

I'll be the first to admit that we don't have much by way of localization options, but we are looking into fleshing those out in the future. We value your comments, so as users increasingly need these features, I'm sure they will make their way into the product.

That would be very good news, Vu. This must sound odd to Americans, but very few countries do the mmddyy format (for obvious reasons) and it can be very confusing. And, to some degree, there is always the slight feeling that everyone is expected to follow the American way whatever their own cultural mores are.
