Why is it so difficult to log in?
logging in used to be difficult, now its worse. I can't log in to my account. I've reset my password, but when I log in it takes me right back to the same log in page.
Why does this need to be so difficult. All my users complained about the log in process before the recent change. Now it is even worse.
And by the way, if users need to log in before contacting support, how do you help them if they have log-in problems?

Inappropriate?The new log in is beyond what is prper to print!!!!! I hate it and I will reconsider using this with my class if they make changes every few week! I pay almost $100 a semester for this service and now it abosolutely is frustrating- No thats PB obviously you don't understand routines of learners-
