What are the widths available (in pixel) for the main column and the right one ?

Inappropriate?In 2.0, the entire width of the right SideBar region is 300 pixels, but there's a bit of a margin on either side. The usable region comes out to about 282 pixels.
As for the main area, well, that's what is leftover after the SideBar's space is taken, so it's flexible and screen dependent. The whole is inset from the left-hand side by 14pixels, and then it has an inner margin of about 12pixels.
This is all subject to change, of course, but that's what it is as of March 14, 2008.
