Wiki says I have a wiki but I don't....

I have a question that I don't want posted to the question board is there any other way to get help? I attended a workshop today and had problems the instructor said to contact you about just in getting logged on. It said I had a wiki but when the screen came up and I logged on ... it told me I couldn't log in because it hadn't been set up yet?????
