Inappropriate? What would you like to see I would be more than happy to play and see if I can't make what you need. I love doing that kind of stuff.

Inappropriate?"Are there CSS Style Sheet Examples for PBwiki 2.0 that can be viewed on the pbwiki website?"
No, there are not. The classes and ids are also undocumented. I would say that this is because they are still developing V2.0, but they were undocumented in V1.0 as well.
However, as Newbie (he's not) has indicated, the user community is more than willing to help you gain the understanding you need. I've personally spent many hours digging through PBwiki CSS files, as have many others, so feel free to ask any questions you'd like. We'll do what we can to get you up-to-speed.
I’m intrigued

Inappropriate?I thought we could purchase CSS flavors or templates with no construction required?
I’m indifferent

Inappropriate? There were a small number of "skins" available for PBwiki V1.0, but I just checked, and all that's available right now in V2.0 are "Custom colors" (themes) and "Custom logo" (favicon, I think). They're still working on the ability to load your custom css; it could be some time before they have any pre-made CSS available. They do have some "templates", but those are not templates for functional pages, like forms or layout options; they're standard wiki pages with some pre-filled content that you can modify.
I’m home for the evening! Yay!
