Can I delete the sidebar in 2.0?

I've been a longtime PBWiki user, and had nothing but accolades until the forced transition into 2.0. Now, I'm left swinging. It's been a real trip trying to upgrade, especially when 1.0 was brilliant. What's that bit about not fixing things that aren't broken...?

*sighs* I digress.

Really, at this point, all I want to know is if there's a way to rid myself of either the SideBar or the Navigation box. A quick search suggests, as a free user, I'm pretty well stuck with the Nav box, but I can deal with that. Having the SideBar there, in addition, is completely redundant however. Most of the people I work with are elderly or computer illiterate, and out of the four test sites I've done in 2.0, each one of them has found the navigation -- heck, that entire right side -- utterly Gordian.

So, is there any way to delete the SideBar? Like there was in 1.0? I've tried to dumping the page, but I apparently can't do that.

I'm so bummed by all of this, but unless I find some redeeming quality in 2.0 soon, I'm really afraid I'm going to have to start recommending another service to my clients.
