Can you tell me more about the different types and available templates?
1) Where can I find the different types of templates that are provided for Program Management, Intranet, and Conference Planning - I'm not sure which one will work best and I can't find any descriptions on the site.
2) If I choose Business, will I ever be charged or will it remain free unless I choose to add features?
3) If I choose Business can I later change to Education or Individual? I'm not sure which will work best for my purposes. Can you also tell me what the available templates are for education and individual? Thanks!

I will address #2, our Business Edition is only free for evaluation purposes. Once you reach 100 edits on your wiki, you will be prompted with notifications in your wiki that you have to upgrade. The only free version on the Business Edition is for evaluation purposes only.

Inappropriate?In that case, can I change a wiki that I just created from business to an individuals or educational type? We will be using this primarily to provide notes from outreach meetings, allowing participants to make comments or edit the notes. -

Unless you are a school, university or library, you do not qualify for the Education Edition.
For the Individual Edition, you can switch to that. But in the next couple months the Individual Edition will have a very different feature set and offering than the Business or Education Edition. -

Inappropriate?The business, individual, and educational wikis all basically act the same. You can add the same features to all of them when you upgrade.
Templates work the same on all wikis. When you create a page the templates appear and you can choose one. The selections of templates are slightly different for each type of wiki.
