Double trouble: universities as education or business?

Hi, I started a pbwiki for my team within the university. Does this count as education or business? I started it within the business side of pbwiki but now I am getting warning notices telling me to upgrade. I could move the data to our in-house virtual learning environment (VLE) but prefer your software. Can I change to the education side? How would I go about migrating the data?

In attempting to post this query, I ran into problems too. I wasn't allowed to submit, nor to create a new account. It neither recognised my existing account (though it showed I was logged into pbwiki using that address) nor did it allow me to create a new account at that address, saying it was already taken.

Then I tried to phone and was told it would cost full international fees, no idea how much, so I hung up on that. Now I am trying for the 4th time. Someone please help!
