Forcing users to establish wiki indentities upon receiving invites
I'm confused about wiki invitations. I thought that when I share my wiki with a user they reeive an email that prompts them to create a wiki identity. I just realized that this is not happening and many of the people that I have shared our wiki with just go in from the link embedded in the original invitation I sent. As a result, they are not showing up in my Users list. I want all users to showup in my Users list so how do I go about granting access in a way that forces this to happen? Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hi Warren,
It looks like you're using PBwiki 1.0, which has a couple different invitation methods. Can you tell me how you're sharing access with them?
Thanks!

I usually go to the share this wiki link, add their email address and let it fly. -
Hi Warren - try going to "Settings" and then "Users." If you add users here, they should be forced to create a PBwiki account. -
Inappropriate?Okay, thanks! Quick unrelated question, I notice that there is finally a link to upgrade to a wiki 2.0. Is this pretty seemless? Do all users have to be off the wiki? Will their access method change? Okay, three questions.

Hi Warren - I think the transition is pretty seamless. Any of your users that don't already have PBwiki Accounts will be invited to create accounts (this is part of the update tool). I believe you can also review their access settings. Go ahead and give it a try :)
