How are you using Blackboard and your wiki?

Ann Randall emailed me this answer a few months ago, I think it's a great idea:

At Boise state we encourage their students to sign-ups for small group assignments, for extra credit projects, and for group reports. Instead of assigning students to groups in Blackboard, we allowed individuals to self-assign using PBwiki.
