How do I make a wiki open for people to post without a central administrator inviting them to be a user?

Inappropriate?If it's a V2.0 wiki, then you can't. PBwiki has eliminated that ability in the interest of "security".

Inappropriate?Hi Ele - you can still create a 1.0 wiki, which uses invite keys that you can post on the front page of your wiki. By doing this all users can enter your wiki (see twitter.pbwiki.com or barcamp.pbwiki.com for examples).

We launched public editing for all 2.0 wikis -- check the users section of your settings panel to chose to make your wiki editable by all.

FYI the setting is not in the Users section. It's actually under Wiki Security.
