how can multiple users edit a page at one time?
I need to have multiple people post at once. Not waiting to "steal" the ability to edit.

It's not possible to turn off the edit lock or for two people to edit a single wiki page at one time. This is because that edits made at the same time would be hard to reconcile --
What if you were editing a sentence that Joe just deleted. Or Joe is editing a paragraph that you are also editing. How do we resolve the conflicting edits?
So to keep it simple we lock pages from multiple edits.

Inappropriate?If multiple users will login with the same id and password (which was created for a student without e-mail) and will edit the same page at the same time then edits will be saved only for the first one who logged to the wiki. The problem is the system didn't notify other users that the page is editing like before - giving notification "other user is editing, do you want to steal the lock?" Is there any settings for administrator to setup that kind of notification?

You will need to create more than one student account. Allowing more than one person to use the same account is not supported in any fashion. As you've seen, things don't work right when you try it.
