As the wiki's administrator, you can go to "Settings > Public / Private" and make your wiki private. This will hide it from people without a login to the wiki and from search bots like Google. Note that if the page has already been indexed by a search engine, it may take a little while for the information to get dropped. (This is not something under PBwiki's control.)
