How do we count "users"?
For licensing purposes, what's consitutes a "user"? We have 5-user license business license with a private wiki. We have 5 staff members who will have access of varying levels above "read". Will we need to upgrade our license to allow anyone else "read" access? Would the same be true for a public wiki? Would the same be true for a mostly-private pbwiki 2.0 with at least one "public" folder?

What's so difficult about spelling out who's considered a "user" and who isn't? I would have thought that was pretty straight forward. And if the rules change depending on the type of account, what's so difficult about specifying it for each type of service? Up until I saw this question, I had assumed it referred to those who were authorized to make changes, and then came the doubts...
I kind of hate to agree with the guy on another Q&A thread who berated you for your lack of transparency, but I'm inclined to agree in this instance. And it really doesn't promote trust.
I do thank you for your answer, though. It's helped me make a decision I've been pondering for a while. -
Inappropriate?Yeah, what about the rest of us? I still have a problem trusting salespeople who won't publicly state their terms of doing business. You guys are starting to sound like AutoCad.
